66 du'ās

وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ حَنِيفًا وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ، إِنَّ صَلَاتِي، وَنُسُكِي، وَمَحْيَايَ، وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَبِذَلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ الْمَلِكُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، أَنْتَ رَبِّي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَاعْتَرَفْتُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي ذُنُوبِي جَمِيعًا إِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، وَاهْدِنِي لِأَحْسَنِ الْأَخْلَاقِ لَا يَهْدِي لِأَحْسَنِهَا إِلَّا أَنْتَ، وَاصْرِفْ عَنِّي سَيِّئَهَا، لَا يَصْرِفُ عَنِّي سَيِّئَهَا إِلَّا أَنْتَ لَبَّيْكَ وَسَعْدَيْكَ، وَالْخَيْرُ كُلُّهُ بِيَـدَيْكَ، وَالشَّـرُّ لَيْسَ إِلَيْـكَ، أَنَا بِكَ وَإِلَيْكَ، تَبارَكْتَ وَتَعَالَيْتَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتوبُ إِلَيْكَ

Dua for Salah (At the beginning of the prayer)

I have turned my face sincerely towards He who has brought forth the heavens and the Earth and I am not of those who associate (others with Allah). Indeed my prayer, my sacrifice, my life and my death are for Allah, Lord of the worlds, no partner has He, with this I am commanded and I am of the Muslims. O Allah, You are the Sovereign, none has the right to be worshipped except You. You are my Lord and I am Your servant, I have wronged my own soul and have acknowledged my sin, so forgive me all my sins for no one forgives sins except You. Guide me to the best of characters for none can guide to it other than You, and deliver me from the worst of characters for none can deliver me from it other than You. Here I am, in answer to Your call, happy to serve you. All good is within Your hands and evil does not stem from You. I exist by your will and will return to you. Blessed and High are You, I seek Your forgiveness and repent unto You.

اَللَّهُمَّ بَاعِدْ بَيْنِيْ وَبَيْنَ خَطَايَايَ كَمَا بَاعَدْتَ بَيْنَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ، اَللَّهُمَّ نَقِّنِيْ مِنَ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا يُنَقَّى الثَّوْبُ الْأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ، اَللَّهُمَّ اغْسِلْ خَطَايَايَ بِالْمَاءِ وَالثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ

Dua after Takbeer in Salah

O Allah! separate me from my sins as You have separated the East from the West. O Allah, cleanse me of my transgressions as the white garment is cleansed of stains. O Allah! wash away my sins with ice and water and frost. Narrated by Abu Huraira (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to keep silent between the Takbir and the recitation of Qur'an and that interval of silence used to be a short one. I said to the Prophet (ﷺ) "May my parents be sacrificed for you! What do you say in the pause between Takbir and recitation?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I say, (The dua is Mentioned above)

اَللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ جِبْرَائِيْلَ وَمِيْكَائِيْلَ وَإِسْرَافِيلَ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ أَنْتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِكَ فِيمَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ اِهْدِنِيْ لِمَا اخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِإِذْنِكَ إِنَّكَ تَهْدِيْ مَنْ تَشَاءُ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيْمٍ

Dua When Starting Tahajjud Prayer

O Allah, Lord of Jibra-eel, Meeka-eel and Israfeel (great angles), Creator of the heavens and the Earth, Knower of the seen and the unseen. You are the arbitrator between Your servants in that which they have disputed. Guide me to the truth by Your leave, in that which they have differed, for verily You guide whom You will to a straight path. Ayesha said that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite this dua at the beginning of the night (tahajjud) prayer.

Muslim: 770

اَللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ قَيِّمُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَنْ فِيهِنَّ وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ، لَكَ مُلْكُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَنْ فِيهِنَّ، وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ نُورُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ، وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ الْحَقُّ، وَوَعْدُكَ الْحَقُّ، وَلِقَاؤُكَ حَقٌّ، وَقَوْلُكَ حَقٌّ، وَالْجَنَّةُ حَقٌّ، وَالنَّارُ حَقٌّ، وَالنَّبِيُّونَ حَقٌّ، وَمُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ حَقٌّ، وَالسَّاعَةُ حَقٌّ، اَللَّهُمَّ لَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ، وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْتُ، وَبِكَ خَاصَمْتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ حَاكَمْتُ، فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ، وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ، أَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّمُ وَأَنْتَ الْمُؤَخِّرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ (لَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ)

Dua for Tahajjud Prayer (At Beginning)

O Allah! All the praises are for you, You are the Holder of the Heavens and the Earth, And whatever is in them. All the praises are for You; You have the possession of the Heavens and the Earth And whatever is in them. All the praises are for You; You are the Light of the Heavens and the Earth And all the praises are for You; You are the King of the Heavens and the Earth; And all the praises are for You; You are the Truth and Your Promise is the truth, And to meet You is true, Your Word is the truth And Paradise is true And Hell is true And all the Prophets (Peace be upon them) are true; And Muhammad (ﷺ) is true, And the Day of Resurrection is true. O Allah ! I surrender (my will) to You; I believe in You and depend on You. And repent to You, And with Your help I argue (with my opponents, the non-believers) And I take You as a judge (to judge between us). Please forgive me my previous And future sins; And whatever I concealed or revealed And You are the One who make (some people) forward And (some) backward. There is none to be worshipped but you.

Bukhari: 1120

اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ الْمَلِكُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، أَنْتَ رَبِّي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَاعْتَرَفْتُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي ذُنُوبِي جَمِيعًا إِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، وَاهْدِنِي لِأَحْسَنِ الْأَخْلَاقِ لَا يَهْدِي لِأَحْسَنِهَا إِلَّا أَنْتَ، وَاصْرِفْ عَنِّي سَيِّئَهَا، لَا يَصْرِفُ عَنِّي سَيِّئَهَا إِلاَّ أَنْتَ.

لَبَّيْكَ وَسَعْدَيْكَ، وَالْخَيْرُ كُلُّهُ بِيَـدَيْكَ، وَالشَّـرُّ لَيْسَ إِلَيْـكَ، أَنَا بِكَ وَإِلَيْكَ، تَبَارَكْتَ وَتَعَالَيْتَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ

Dua at the start of the prayer (after takbeer)

Here I am, in answer to Your call, happy to serve you. All good is within Your hands and evil does not stem from You. I exist by your will and will return to you. Blessed and High are You, I seek Your forgiveness and repent unto You.

Muslim: 771

اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيرًا، اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيرًا، اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيرًا، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيرًا، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيرًا، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيرًا، وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيلًا

Dua at the Beginning of Salah (Allahu Akbar Kabira)

Allah is the Greatest, Most Great. Allah is the Greatest, Most Great. Allah is the Greatest, Most Great. Praise is to Allah, abundantly. Praise is to Allah, abundantly. Praise is to Allah, abundantly. Glory is to Allah, at the break of day and at its end.

Hasan li gairihi (Shu'aib Al-Arnaut). Abu Dawud: 764

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ

Dua in Ruku (Subhana Rabbiyal Azeem)

Glory to my Lord the Exalted. The dua will be repeated with the emotions of the mind. Reciting this Tasbeeh at least three times is the conduct and instruction of Rasulullah (ﷺ). Most of the narrations have "Subhaana Rabbiyal-'Adheem" and some of the hadiths have "Subhaana Rabbiyal-'Adheem wa Bihamdihi".

Sahih (Albani). Tirmidhi: 262

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ

Dua For Ruku (Subhana Rabbiyal Adheem Wa Bihamdihi)

Glory and praise be to my mighty Lord.

Hasan Sanad (Shu'aib Al-Arnaut). Abu Dawud: 870

سُبُّوْحٌ قُدُّوْسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوْحِ

Dua in Ruku (Subbuhun Quddusun Rabbul Mala Ikati War Ruh)

Glory (to You), Most Holy (are You), Lord of the angels and the Spirit. Ayesha (RA) said that Rasulullah (ﷺ) used to recite it in rukoo and sujood.

Sahih (Albani). Abu Dawud: 872

اَللَّهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ خَشَعَ لَكَ سَمْعِيْ وَبَصَرِيْ وَمُخِّيْ وَعِظَامِيْ وَعَصَبِيْ

Dua For Ruku (Allahumma Laka Rakatu Wa Bika Amantu)

O Allah, to You I bow (in prayer) and in You I believe and to You I have submitted. Before You my hearing is humbled, as is my sight, my mind, my bones, my nerves. Ali (RA) said, Rasulullah (ﷺ) used to say these words in rukoo.

Sahih (Albani). Abu Dawud: 760

سُبْحَانَ ذِي الْجَبَرُوْتِ وَالْمَلَكُوْتِ وَالْكِبْرِيَاءِ وَالْعَظَمَةِ

Dua at Ruku

Glory is to You, Master of power, of dominion, of majesty and greatness. Then he prostrated and paused as long as he stood and recited Surat Aal Imran and then recited other surahs one after another.

Sahih (Albani). Abu Dawud: 873

سُبْحَانَكَ وَبِحَمْدِكَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوْبُ اِلَيْكَ

Dua in Rukoo (Subhanaka wa Bihamdika Astaghfiruka)

Glory is to You O Allah, and praise. I ask you for forgiveness and I turn to you (from sinning).

Hasan (Albani). Silsila Sahiha: 3032

اَللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ مِلْءَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَمِلْءَ الْأَرْضِ وَمِلْءَ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدُ

Dua After Raising from Ruku

Praise be to You, O Allah, our Lord! Praise be to You, it fills the heavens, fills the earth, completes all that is in between them, and then it completes whatever You will. Ibn Abi Aufa (R), Ibn Abbas (RA), Ali (RA) and other Companions said that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to say these words when he stand up from rukoo'.

Muslim: 476

اَللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ مِلْءَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَمِلْءَ الْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيءٍ بَعْدُ أَهْلَ الثَّنَاءِ وَالْمَجْدِ، لَا مَانِعَ لِمَا أَعْطَيْتَ، وَلَا مُعْطِيَ لِمَا مَنَعْتَ، وَلَا يَنْفَعُ ذَا الْجَدِّ مِنْكَ الْجَدُّ

Dua When Raising From Ruku #2

Allah! our Lord, to Thee be the praise that would fill the heavens and the earth and that which is between them, and that which will please Thee besides (them). Worthy art Thou of all praise and glory. No one can withhold what Thou givest, or give what Thou withholdest. And the greatness O! the great availeth not against Thee.

Muslim: 478

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ مُبَارَكًا عَلَيْهِ كَمَا يُحِبُّ رَبُّنَا وَيَرْضَى

Dua Praising Allah (Dua After Ruku)

Praise be to Allah, much good and blessed praise as our Lord loves and is pleased with Rifa'ah bin Rafi' (RA) said that: "I prayed behind the Prophet (ﷺ) and I sneezed and said: (the dua is mentioned above) When he finished praying, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Who is the one who spoke during the prayer?' But no one said anything. Then he said it a second time: 'Who is the one who spoke during the prayer?' So Rifa'ah bin Rafi bin Afrah (RA) said: 'It was me, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'I said: (the dua is mentioned above)' The Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'By the One in Whose hand is my soul, thirty-odd angels hastened to see which of them would take it up.'

Hasan (Albani). Sunan Nasai: 931

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى

Dua in Sujood (Subhana Rabbiyal Ala)

Glory is to my Lord, the Most High. This dua should be repeat again and again with the emotion of the mind. Reciting this tasbeeh at least three times is the conduct and instruction of Rasulullah (ﷺ). Most of the narrations mention "Subhaana Rabbiyal-A 'laa" and some of the hadiths describe "Subhana Rabbiyal-A 'laa wa bihamdihi". After reciting every verse of mercy, he stopped and asked Allah for it, and after reciting every verse of punishment, he stopped and asked Allah for refuge from it.

Muslim: 772

اَللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِيْ كُلَّهُ دِقَّهُ وَجِلَّهُ، وَأَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ، وَعَلَانِيَّتَهُ وَسِرَّهُ

Dua for Sujood (Allahumma Maghfir Lee)

O Allah, forgive me all my sins, great and small, the first and the last, those that are apparent and those that are hidden.

Muslim: 483

Dua When Raising From Ruku (Dua Noor)

O Allah, place light in my heart, and in my ears light and in my sight light, and to my right light, and to my left light, and before me light and behind me light, and above me light, and below me light. O Allah, Make for me light, and make me a light, and place in my soul light, and place light in my nerves, and in my flesh light and in my blood light and in my hair light and in my skin light. O Allah, grant me light.

Sahih Bukhari: 6316, Sahih Muslim: 763

سُبْحَانَكَ اَللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَبِحَمْدِكَ، اَللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي

Dua in Sajdah

Glory is to You, O Allah, our Lord, and praise is Yours. O Allah, forgive me. [1] Narrated from Aisha (RA), she said that according to the instructions of the Qur'an, [2] the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say this dua more and more in bowing down and prostration - (The dua is mentioned above)

اَللَّهُمَّ لَكَ سَجَدْتُ وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ، وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ، سَجَدَ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي خَلَقَهُ، وَصَوَّرَهُ، فَأَحْسَنَ صُوْرَتَهُ وَشَقَّ سَمْعَهُ وَبَصَرَهُ، تَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ

Dua in Sujood (Allaahumma Laka Sajadtu wa Laka Aslamtu)

O Allah, to You I prostrate myselfm, to You I have submitted, and in You I believe. My face is prostrated to the One Who created it, fashioned it, and gave it hearing and sight. Blessed is Allah, the Best of creators.

Sahih (Albani). Nasai: 1126

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي، رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي

Dua between two Sujood

O My Lord, forgive me. My Lord, forgive me. Huzaifa (RA) said that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite the above mentioned dua while sitting in the middle of two prostrations.

Sahih (Albani). Abu Dawud: 874

اَللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَعَافِنِي وَاهْدِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي

Dua between Sujood (Allahummaghfirli Warhamni Wahdini Warzuqni)

O Allah! Pardon me, have mercy on me, guide me, and grant me sustenance. The Prophet (ﷺ) used to say this dua while sitting between two prostrations.

Sahih (Albani). Tirmidhi: 284, Hasan (Albani). Abu Dawud: 850

اَللَّهُمَّ اكْتُبْ لِي بِهَا عِنْدَكَ أَجْرًا، وَضَعْ عَنِّي بِهَا وِزْرًا، وَاجْعَلْهَا لِي عِنْدَكَ ذُخْرًا، وَتَقَبَّلْهَا مِنِّي كَمَا تَقَبَّلْتَهَا مِنْ عَبْدِكَ دَاوُدَ

Dua For Sajdah in Quran

O Allah, write it as a reward for me, and release me from a sin for it, and make it a treasure for me in Paradise. Accept it from me as You accepted it from your servant Dawud.

Hasan (Albani). Tirmidhi: 579

سَجَدَ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي خَلَقَهُ، وَشَقَّ سَمْعَهُ وَبَصَرَهُ بِحَوْلِهِ وَقُوَّتِهِ

Sajdah Dua for night recitation

I have prostrated my face to the One Who created it, and gave it hearing and sight by His might and His power.

Hasan (Albani). Tirmidhi: 580

سَجَدَ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي خَلَقَهُ، وَشَقَّ سَمْعَهُ وَبَصَرَهُ بِحَوْلِهِ وَقُوَّتِهِ، فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ

Dua after Reciting the Verses of Prostration

I have prostrated my face to the One Who created it, and gave it hearing and sight by His might and His power. So blessed is Allah, the best of creators.

Sahih (Albani). Tirmidhi: 3425, Sura Al Muminun 23:14

اَلتَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ، وَالصَّلَوَاتُ، وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُوْلُهُ

Tashahhud Dua (Attahiyat Lillahi Wa Salawatu)

All greetings of humility are for Allah, and all prayers and goodness. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous slaves of Allah. I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger. Tashahood was narrated by various companions (with different wordings). Ibn Mas'ud (RA) said, We used to pray behind the Prophet (ﷺ) and used to say: "As-Salaamu 'Al-Allah. Peace be upon Allah. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah himself is As-Salam (Name of Allah), so you should say: (The dua is mentioned above)

Bukhari: 7381

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إبْرَاهِيْمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيْدٌ مَجِيْدٌ

Dua after Tashahhud (Darood Sharif)

O Allah, bestow Your favor on Muhammad (ﷺ) and upon his wives and progeny as You have bestowed Your favor upon the family of Ibrahim. And bless Muhammad (ﷺ) and his wives and progeny as You have blessed the family of Ibrahim, You are full of praise, Most Glorious. Narrated Abu Hamid (RA) Saidi: They asked, “O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! How can we recite Durood for you?” Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said, you say - (The dua is mentioned above)

Bukhari: 3369

اَللَّهُمَّ أَلِّفْ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِنَا وَأَصْلِحْ ذَاتَ بَيْنِنَا وَاهْدِنَا سُبُلَ السَّلَامِ وَنَجِّنَا مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّوْرِ وَجَنِّبْنَا الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي أَسْمَاعِنَا وَأَبْصَارِنَا وَقُلُوبِنَا وَأَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيْمُ وَاجْعَلْنَا شَاكِرِيْنَ لِنِعْمَتِكَ مُثْنِيْنَ بِهَا قَابِلِيْهَا وَأَتِمَّهَا عَلَيْنَا

Dua Masura #1 (Allahumma Allif Baina Qulubina)

O Allah, join our hearts, mend our social relationship, guide us to the path of peace, bring us from darkness to light, save us from obscenities, outward or inward, and bless our ears, our eyes, our hearts, our wives, our children, and relent toward us; Thou art the Relenting, the Merciful. And make us grateful for Thy blessing and make us praise it while accepting it and give it to us in full. Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (RA) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to teach us this dua to recite after Tashahhud.

Daif (Albani). Abu Dawud: 969

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ

Dua e Masura #2 (Dua For Protection From Hellfire)

O Allah! I seek refuge with Thee from the torment of the Hell, from the torment of the grave, from the trial of life and death and from the evil of the trial of Masih al-Dajjal. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: When any one of you utters tashahhud (in prayer) he must seek refuge in Allah from four (trials) and should thus say : (The dua is mentioned above)

اَللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ وَمَا أَسْرَفْتُ وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي أَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّمُ وَأَنْتَ الْمُؤَخِّرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Dua Masura #3 (Allahummaghfirli Ma Qaddamtu)

O Allah, forgive me what I have sent before me and what I have left behind me, what I have concealed and what I have done openly, what I have done in excess, and what You are better aware of than I. You are the One Who sends forth and You are the One Who delays. There is none worthy of worship but You. After tashahood, The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) supplicate this dua at the end, before saying salaam.

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِيْ ظُلْمًا كَثِيْرًا وَلَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَغْفِرَةً مِنْ عِنْدِكَ وَارْحَمْنِيْ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِيْمُ

Dua e Masura #4 (Allahumma Inni Zalamtu Nafsi)

O Allah, I have greatly wronged myself and no one forgives sins but You. So, grant me forgiveness and have mercy on me. Surely, you are Forgiving, Merciful.

Dua Mashura #5 (Allahumma Bi Ilmika Al Ghaib)

O Allah, by Your Knowledge of the unseen and by Your Power over creation, let me live if You know that life is good for me, and let me die if You know that death is good for me. O Allah, I ask You to grant me fear of You in private and in public. I ask you for the word of truth in times of contentment and anger. I ask You for moderation in wealth and in poverty. I ask you for blessings never ceasing and the coolness of my eye (i .e . pleasure) that never ends. I ask You for pleasure after Your Judgment and I ask You for a life of coolness after death. I ask You for the delight of gazing upon Your Face and the joy of meeting You without any harm and misleading trials befalling me. O Allah, dress us with the beauty of Faith, and make us guides who are upon (correct) guidance. It was narrated from Ata bn As-Sa'ib (R) that: Ammar bin Yasir (RA) led us in prayer and he made it brief. Some of the people said to him: 'You made the prayer short.He said: 'Nevertheless I still recited supplications that I heard from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ).' Saying this, he taught them the above dua.

Sahih (Albani). Nasai: 1305

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ كُلِّهِ عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ، مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّرِّ كُلِّهِ عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ، مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ، اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَا سَأَلَكَ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَاذَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ، اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَا قَرَّبَ إِلَيْهَا مِنْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ عَمَلٍ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ وَمَا قَرَّبَ إِلَيْهَا مِنْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ عَمَلٍ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ كُلَّ قَضَاءٍ قَضَيْتَهُ لِي خَيْرًا

Dua Masurah #6 (Allahumma Inni As Aluka Min Khairi)

O Allah, I ask You for all that is good, in this world and in the Hereafter, what I know and what I do not know. O Allah, I seek refuge with You from all evil, in this world and in the Hereafter, what I know and what I do not know. O Allah, I ask You for the good that Your slave and Prophet (ﷺ) has asked You for, and I seek refuge with You from the evil from which Your slave and Prophet (ﷺ) sought refuge. O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and for that which brings one closer to it, in word and deed, and I seek refuge in You from Hell and from that which brings one closer to it, in word and deed. And I ask You to make every decree that You decree concerning me good.

Sahih (Albani). Ibn Majah: 3846

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْـيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْمَأْثَمِ وَالْمَغْرَمِ

Dua For Protection From Punishment Of Grave, Hell And Dajjal

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the False Messiah, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sin and from debt. Narrated by `Aisha (RA) (the wife of the Prophet) Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to say this dua in the prayer. She said to him, "Why do you so frequently seek refuge with Allah from being in debt?" The Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "A person who in debt tells lies whenever he speaks, and breaks promises whenever he makes (them)."

Bukhari: 832

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيْحِ الدَّجَّالِ وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ. اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْمَأْثَمِ وَمِنَ الْمَغْرَمِ

Dua at the end of Salah (Allahumma Inni A Uzu Bika)

O Allah, I seek refuge with Thee from the torment of Hell, and I seek refuge with Thee from the torment of the grave, and I seek refuge with Thee from the trial of the Masih al-Dajjal (Antichrist) and I seek refuge with Thee from the trial of life and death. O Allah! I seek refuge with Thee from sin and debt. Ibn ‘Abbas (RA) said that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) used to teach them (the Companions) this Dua in the same way he used to teach them Surah of the Quran. He used to say: (The dua is mentioned above)

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبُخْلِ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ نُرَدَّ إِلَى أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ

Dua Masoorah #8 (Allahumma Inni A Uzu Bika Minal)

O Allah! I seek refuge with You from cowardice, and miserliness, and seek refuge with You from reaching a degraded helpless old age, and seek refuge with You from the afflictions of the world and from the punishment in the grave. Narrated by Saad Ibn Abi Waqqas (RA): Saad (RA) used to teach these words to his sons in the same way that a teacher teaches handwriting to children. And he used to say that towards the end of the prayer, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would seek refuge (in Allah) in these matters: (The dua is mentioned above)

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ يَا أَللَّهُ بِأَنَّكَ الْوَاحِدُ الْأَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ، أَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِي ذُنُوبِي إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

Dua Masura #9 (Allahumma Inni As Aluka Ya Allah Bi'Annaka)

O Allah, I ask You. O Allah, You are the One, the Only, Self-Sufficient Master, Who was not begotten and begets not and none is equal to Him. Forgive me my sins, surely you are Forgiving, Merciful. After hearing his supplication, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said three times, "He has been forgiven."

Sahih (Albani). Nasai: 1301

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَنَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ الْمَنَّانُ، بَدِيعُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ، يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ

Dua Masura #10

O Allah, I ask You as unto You is all praise, none has the right to be worshipped except You, alone, without partner. You are the Benefactor. Originator of the heavens and the Earth, O Possessor of majesty and honour, O Ever Living, O Self-Subsisting and Supporter of all. I am asking you The Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'Do you know what he has supplicated with?' They said: "Allah (SWT) and His Messenger know best." He (ﷺ) said: 'By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, he called upon Allah by His greatest Name, which, if He is called by it, He responds, and if He is asked by it, He gives.'"

Sahih (Albani). Nasai: 1300

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَنِّي اَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ الْأَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِيْ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُوْلَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ

Dua e Masura #11 (Allahumma Inni As Aluka Bi Annaka Antallah Full Dua)

O Allah, I ask You, by the fact that I bear witness that You are Allah. There is none worthy of worship but You, the Only ilah, Independent of creation, Who was not begotten and begets not, and none is equal to Him. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said, ‘By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, he has asked Allah by His Greatest Name, the one which if He is called upon by it, He responds, and when He is asked by it, He gives.
