Dua for Stress and Anxiety

ހިތާމައާއި ކަންބޮޑުވުމަށް ކިޔާ ދުޢާ

لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْحَلِيْمُ الْكَرِيْمُ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ السَّمٰوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبِّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ، اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ

What it means

There is no true God but Allah the Most Patient, the Most Honorable. I am proclaiming the holiness of the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the glorious throne. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
